Stretching along 1,000 feet of Lake Huron shoreline, this beach in Iosco County, Michigan is the perfect spot for outdoor family fun. Visitors to this shady, 9.6 acre park will enjoy strolling along the boardwalk, picking up a game on the basketball or shuffleboard court, relaxing on the sunbathing deck, and playing in the skateboard park or children’s playground. History buffs may also enjoy a trip to this home to the “Dock Reserve”, the historic site of a dock that predates the Fire of 1911. Located just a few blocks from downtown Oscoda, this beach is a busy spot during the summer months. Additional amenities include accessible bath house with showers and restrooms, accessible pavilion, and picnic tables and grills.
